This allows clients to get additional support for their current IT staff, or to allow a cost effective way to get bigger projects such as upgrades performed. Option B This option is based on a service contract. This service contract provides the client with initial setup and ongoing support. Contracts can be setup based on monthly or yearly agreements. This option allows clients to have an IT support system without having to pay the high costs of an on-site staff or having to rely on other freelance computer specialist that may not have the expertise to handle everything. This solution allows greater security, dependability, and ease of use. Allowing you to have someone to call anytime a problem occurs, and get a quick response and solution. Most contract services receive 2 hour emergency response times. When your system goes down, Z-Solutions will get you back up and running without losing any productivity. Contract services receive monthly updates, backing up, and general maintenance on all PCs and servers. |
